01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Resellico platform, services, or software ("Service"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Resellico.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, company, or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

02User Conduct

No Unauthorized Access

Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or systems through hacking or password mining.

Automated Data Mining

The use of automated scrapers, bots, or data extraction tools is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by the API license.

System Interference

Engagement in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service is forbidden.

Compliance with Laws

Users are solely responsible for compliance with all local, state, and international laws regarding their conduct and resale activities.

03Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, code, text, graphics, logos, and data visualizations, are the exclusive property of Resellico and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Resellico," the Resellico logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Resellico. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes subject to these Terms. No right, title, or interest in or to the Service is transferred to you.

04Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." RESELLICO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESELLICO, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

05Termination

Resellico reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team to request account deletion.
